Venue - Kelmarsh Hall
Kelmarsh
Hall, the home to the European Open Agility
Championships 2012, is a graceful 18th century historic house, set
in beautiful romantic gardens and surrounded by its own working
estate in the rolling Northamptonshire and Leicestershire
countryside, in the heart of the Midlands of England.
Show site
The show site comprises 110 acres (45 hectares) of
flat parkland with mains water supply and a further 72 acres (30
hectares) suitable for additional parking and camping. Access
is via two connected private roads so traffic flow is easily
controlled.
The event site has superb views of the Hall over the ornamental
lake with a bridge providing the potential for access to the house
and gardens. It is surrounded by estate land and an exclusive use
policy means that, for the duration of the European Open Agility
Championships 2012, the venue is totally dedicated to the needs of
the agility competitors and their dogs.
